💼 We’re Hiring: Business Development Associate (BDA) – IT Sales

📍 Location: Remote

🕒 Job Type: Full-Time | 🎯 Target-Based Role

📅 Joining: Immediate Openings Available


💰 Compensation Structure

💼 Stipend/Salary: ₹15,000 per month (performance-based post training & probation)

📈 Incentives: Attractive monthly performance-based incentives

📝 Training Period: 15 Days (Unpaid) – Product training, IT services overview, sales process & client handling

⏳ Probation Period: 3 Months


🎓 Eligibility & Educational Qualifications

✅ Only candidates with a Technical / IT background should apply

✅ Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate in:

  • BCA / MCA
  • B.Tech / M.Tech (CS, IT, related streams)
  • B.Sc / M.Sc (Computer Science / IT)
  • Any equivalent technical qualification

🧑‍🎓 Freshers or final-year students with strong communication skills and interest in IT sales are welcome

❌ Candidates from non-technical backgrounds are not eligible for this role


🔍 Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA – IT Sales) who will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT services and technology solutions.

You will play a critical role in:

  • Identifying potential clients
  • Explaining technical services in a simple and convincing manner
  • Closing deals
  • Achieving consistent monthly sales targets

This role is ideal for candidates who understand technology + sales and want to build a long-term career in the IT industry.


✅ Key Responsibilities

📞 Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings

🔍 Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT domain

💻 Present and explain IT services, software solutions, and digital offerings

🤝 Build and maintain long-term client relationships

🎯 Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets

📝 Maintain daily sales activity and lead data in CRM

🤝 Coordinate with technical, marketing, and delivery teams


🧠 Required Skills

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to understand and explain technical concepts

✔ Confidence in client handling and negotiations

✔ Basic knowledge of IT services, software, or digital solutions

✔ Familiarity with MS Office / CRM tools

✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
