    Admission Counselor


    Key Responsibilities


    • Counsel students/professionals about courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
    • Handle outbound calls, emails, and convert leads into successful admissions.
    • Understand learners’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
    • Provide complete details on courses, eligibility, admission process, and fee structure.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and professionals.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM/Excel.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and academic teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.

  • Key Skills & Competencies


    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
    • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
    • Comfortable with phone calls, video counselling, and presentations.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software.

  • Qualifications


    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
    • Prior experience in counseling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the EdTech/education industry).
