Business Development Assistant

As a Trade Marketing Associate, your role will involve executing trade marketing initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders at the grassroots level. This includes conducting field visits, organizing local health camps, society activations, and awareness drives. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering insights from field interactions, reporting local market trends, and providing support to the Business Development team during events. Key Responsibilities: - Execute trade marketing initiatives effectively. - Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders at the grassroots level. - Conduct field visits, organize local health camps, society activations, and awareness drives. - Gather insights from field interactions and report local market trends. - Provide support to the Business Development team during events. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade marketing, field promotions, or support roles in sales/marketing. - Experience in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, or FMCG trade marketing is an added advantage. - Comfortable with fieldwork and stakeholder interaction at the grassroots level. - Basic proficiency in MS Excel and data entry tools. - Strong interpersonal and coordination skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.,
