Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Business Development and Client Servicing at our Pune location. The role involves identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with prospective clients, presenting proposals, coordinating with the internal team for project execution, handling client queries, and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to drive business growth and ensure client success.
