Nextagmedia is a dynamic and fast-growing performance marketing agency based in Noida. We specialize in delivering measurable growth through data-driven digital strategies for clients across industries. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a highly driven and experienced individual to lead our app performance business vertical.

Qualification:

  • MBA / PGDBM / PGDBA from a reputed institute

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth to meet and exceed monthly targets
  • Build and maintain strong market intelligence to grow revenue share across the app performance vertical
  • Ensure customer success through consistent communication, performance tracking, and delivery
  • Develop and execute ad sales strategies while managing business development and key accounts
  • Own direct sales targets for mobile and desktop performance campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPL, CPV, CPS, etc.)
  • Pitch and establish new media solutions offered by the company to key clients and agencies
  • Drive growth by acquiring and managing large key accounts
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key influencers at major advertisers and agencies
  • Enhance sales team productivity through structured targets, regular performance reviews, and motivational leadership
  • Work closely with the Business Head to strategize and implement revenue-driving initiatives

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate with PG qualification (MBA / PGDBM / PGDBA preferred)
  • 4–7 years of experience in digital media ad sales with a proven track record in performance marketing
  • Prior experience in team handling is essential
  • Strong relationships with leading advertisers and digital/media agencies
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • High ownership mindset, team player, and result-oriented

Skills & Aptitude:

  • Strong customer-focused approach and planning abilities
  • Solid understanding of the digital ecosystem, trends, and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and platforms: Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, App Annie, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to motivate and guide the team by example
