COMPUTER SKILLS:

• Must know how to operate a computer or laptop efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets/Docs.
• Ability to manage and update lead records in CRM or Excel.
• Basic internet research and email communication skills are essential.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
• Connect with potential clients via chat, call, and email to understand their business needs.
• Explain digital marketing services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media Management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Follow up with leads consistently to ensure conversions and closures.
• Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and deal progress in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations team for client onboarding and smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (6 months – 2 years) in sales, business development, or client handling, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Good understanding of digital marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or lead management systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
