Role Description

A Business Developer & Admin is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategies to increase company revenue and market presence. Further, the role includes maintaining company records and tallying. This role involves market research, strategic planning, sales development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote business retention and growth.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals.
• Coordinate presentations, proposals, and contracts with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the team to align on business initiatives.
• Attend meetings to generate leads.

Qualifications

• Freshers are also welcome
• Experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Preferably a commerce background.

Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Docs) tools.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business events.
