We are currently looking for passionate and results-driven individuals to join our sales team! As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for B2B outbound sales calls to ultimately build connections with prospective clients.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing growth strategies and plans to source new business and revenue through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with clients by scheduling sales meetings.
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
  • Meeting daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the goal of booking demos.
  • Participate in sales meetings to gain valuable feedback.
  • Schedule demos for our Account Executives who will close the deal for you.
  • Exceed sales targets and goals to drive overall business growth.
What you bring:


  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in similar role.
  • Pro in LinkedIn, and other social media.
  • Prior experience in recruitment industry is an asset but not required for right candidate.
  • Experience performing inside sales and making outbound phone calls is an asset.
  • Should have Market knowledge


This would be a completely remote position.

Pay package- as per industry standards.
