Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform sales strategy.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new client acquisition, revenue generation, and overall performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales role within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
