Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive with 1–5 years of experience in generating quality leads through various online and offline channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B/B2C lead generation tactics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
  • Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, online platforms, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Manage and maintain a database of potential clients in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into prospects.
  • Follow up with inbound inquiries and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Track and report performance metrics on a regular basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in lead generation or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
