As a Business Development - Sales Intern, you will support the sales and client relations team in expanding our customer base and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Client PitchingAssist in identifying potential leads and target clients through market research.Participate in sales calls, meetings, and presentations.Support the preparation of pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials.Communicate product/service value effectively to prospective clients.2. Relationship BuildingEngage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and requirements.3. Client Servicing & SupportAssist in managing client accounts and ensuring timely delivery of services.Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.Support in post-sales follow-ups, onboarding, and relationship management.4. Market Research & Lead GenerationConduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.Help identify new business opportunities and partnerships.Maintain and update CRM/database with leads and client information.5. Reporting & AnalysisAssist in preparing weekly reports on outreach efforts, client feedback, and sales performance.Track KPIs and provide insights to improve outreach and conversion rates.6. Administrative & Team SupportParticipate in internal meetings, brainstorming sessions, and planning discussions.Support senior team members in day-to-day business development tasks.Maintain documentation and organize records related to clients and outreach efforts.
