Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: • Assist selling and buying partners with onboarding. • Identify unique selection and opportunities that drive growth. • Identify and manages projects to improve customer and selling partner experience, working closely with internal and external teams. • Acquire customers and achieve the targets given for the allocated accounts responsible to acquire Enterprise sellers by building a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. • Expand the relationships with existing sellers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. • Resolve any issues faced by sellers & buyers and manage complaints to maintain trust. • Follow internal processes to ensure the end-to-end sales cycle and account metrics are met. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in Sales & BD, team handling • Past experience in B2B E-commerce, B2B Aggregators & metal industry is preferred • Ability to work efficiently and on multiple projects at once • Strong interpersonal skills with the solid ability to persuade others, build consensus and work in a team • Basic working knowledge of MS Office and other documentation tools is preferred • A go-getter attitude is a necessity. • Ability to travel across India as and when required
