About the Role : As a Management Trainee, you will participate in an extensive 9 months training program designed to develop your skills, knowledge, and experience for a leadership role. Throughout this period, you will collaborate with different teams across the organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business operations and strategic initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities Training Program Participation: Engage in a structured training program covering various aspects of the marketplace business, including operations, sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and other relevant areas. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to gain insights into their functions and contribute to projects or initiatives as assigned. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Customer Engagement and Support: Assist in managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Sales and Business Development: Participate in sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and presentations to understand the sales process and contribute to revenue growth. Key Skills : Post graduation degree is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
