Work Location - Kochi/Thrissur

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Developer to expand our presence in the gold and jewellery sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth while ensuring the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients including wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct market research to monitor gold price trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Promote company products such as bullion, coins, jewellery, and investment-grade gold items.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while ensuring profitability.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements, including KYC/AML norms.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries or complaints.
• Prepare and present sales reports and performance analysis to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in the gold or jewellery industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of gold market trends and pricing mechanisms.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
