Job Purpose:

The Business Developer is responsible for driving commercial growth by identifying, developing, and closing high-value digital transformation advisory opportunities.
This role combines strategic sales, client engagement, and partnership development to generate profitable consulting contracts aligned with company's mission of delivering fit-for-purpose transformation solutions.

Job Description:

This role owns the entire business development cycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, contracting, and relationship management.
The Business Developer works closely with the Digital Solutions Analyst to translate client needs into advisory solutions and ensure long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities / Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Niyat’s business growth plan across government, semi-government, and private sectors.
• Generate new leads, qualify opportunities, and convert them into consulting contracts.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage renewals or ongoing engagements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in business development, consulting sales, or digital transformation advisory.
• Understanding of Vision 2030 programs, Saudi procurement mechanisms, and transformation frameworks.
• Proven ability to close B2B or consulting engagements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience with CRM and tender management systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Etimad).
