Job Description

As an Account Research & Validation specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and validating new sales account and NASP requests. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing tools such as GCH, Salesforce CRM, DNB, SOS, and external research tools to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of new account requests. - Initiating and managing DNB research inquiries for thorough validation. - Updating GCH and Salesforce records with validated information to maintain data integrity. In the area of Data Integrity & Maintenance, you will be expected to: - Assist with Customer Legal Entity (CLE) review, updates, and duplicate cleanup to ensure accurate customer records. - Support year-end sales city cleanup initiatives to maintain data quality. - Champion data quality best practices within the team to uphold high standards. Your role will also involve Collaboration & Support activities such as: - Collaborating with Sales and IT teams to report and resolve system issues promptly. - Contributing to the development and implementation of GCH 2.0 to enhance data management practices. - Addressing CLE inquiry requests and providing support for OneView international sales requests. Furthermore, in LV BAN Mapping & Segmentation, you will: - Review LV BAN mapping queues and utilize various tools for research to establish accurate DUNS numbers. - Adhere to GCH 2.0 and LV guidelines for segment, DUNS, and CLE determination to maintain data accuracy. This position requires attention to detail, strong research skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.,
