Job DescriptionThe Business Continuity Incident Response (BCIR) Compliance Analyst 2 will assist in performing business impact analysis,business continuity planning, disaster recovery, incident response and exercises

Responsibilities

Assist in performing business continuity, disaster recovery and incident response plan development throughout the companyAssist in auditing to assess the company's posture against the legal, regulatory, compliance and industry standardsAssist in performing business continuity training for various leadership teamsAssist with software procurement/development for business continuity incident response platformsAssist with disaster recovery exercises within the cloud environment as well as with customersCollaborate with team members and cross-departmental stakeholders in creation and coordination of mutual goalsAssist in performing business impact analysis and risk assessments on essential business functions or information systems toidentify recovery strategies and to meet business continuity goals

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar preferred

Minimum 2 Years Job Experience With Business Continuity Principles

Microsoft Windows and Office proficientGood organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skillsGood collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areasGood Microsoft Excel skillsGood facilitation and project management skillGood data gathering, interviewing, and analytical/problem solving skillsGood oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with otherswith discretion and tactAbility to use original thinking to translate goals into the implementation new ideas and design solutionsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with oversightAble to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentGood attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a team environmentGood knowledge of systems administrationGood knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and productsUp to 10% travel time required
