We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Consultant to help us grow and optimize our business operations.

Role Overview:

The Business Consultant will be responsible for analyzing our current business model, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing strategies to increase profitability, efficiency, and market share. This is a project-based or freelance position, with a focus on delivering tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of our current business operations, including financial performance, marketing strategies, client acquisition processes, and operational workflows.
• Strategic Planning: Develop a detailed business plan with actionable strategies to achieve our growth objectives. This includes setting clear goals, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Marketing & Sales: Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This may include digital marketing, social media campaigns, partnerships, and improving our sales funnel.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline our studio's day-to-day operations, including client management, project scheduling, and post-production workflows.
• Team Management: Provide guidance on team structure, roles, and responsibilities. Advise on hiring and training of new staff.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities in the photography industry in Delhi.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on progress and results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
