Business Consultant

Colruyt is looking for seasoned Business Analysts with 8+ years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in business analysis, to join their team in Hyderabad, India. As an experienced Business Analyst at Colruyt, you will collaborate with the business and IT organizations to deliver business-led, technology-enabled solutions that address unique challenges and opportunities faced by the enterprise. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and modeling the to-be system, identifying improvements to solve problems or enhance business efficiency, and detailing out functional and non-functional requirements. You will work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions, prepare test cases, test data, and document scenarios for solution evaluation. In addition, you will play a key role in change management by working with business and project managers to develop user manuals, instructions, and a communication plan to keep key stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. You will need to be open to learning and adapting to change, possess strong analytical skills with an eye for detail, and have a customer-oriented approach. Ideally, you should have experience working with APIs, defining signatures, and proposing logical data models for systems. Domain experience in retail, ecommerce, supply chain and warehouse management, finance, or marketing will be beneficial. Proficiency in requirements elicitation practices such as interviews, questionnaires, and prototyping, as well as experience working with European clients, are desirable skills. Overall, as a Business Analyst at Colruyt, you will be responsible for analyzing and describing the functional behavior of systems, guiding discussions to define IT solutions and processes, and building professional relationships with stakeholders across all levels and departments in the organization. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is a must-have skill for this role.,
