Business Consultant

As a Business Consultant in Business Banking at Westpac, your role will involve being part of a high-performing team dedicated to supporting Business Banking customers with their day-to-day needs. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service through managing a wide range of customer requests via phone. You will ensure that these requests are actioned within agreed timeframes and service levels, and collaborate with internal teams to provide customers with the right support and solutions.
