The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between management, employees, customers, and purchasers, ensuring smooth flow of business communication. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage all business correspondence including emails, letters, proposals, and official documents. Serve as a communication bridge between management, customers, purchasers, and employees. Handle verbal and written communication with clients and stakeholders in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Maintain professionalism and clarity in all business interactions. Record and prepare accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and ensure timely circulation to concerned stakeholders. Assist management in internal and external communication, presentations, and reports. Coordinate with different departments to streamline information flow and resolve communication gaps. Support senior management in day-to-day correspondence and official tasks. Requirements: Female candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong command over English, Hindi, and Marathi (both verbal and written). Proven experience in business communication, office administration, or client coordination. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Attention to detail and high degree of professionalism. Strong listening and note-taking skills for accurate meeting documentation. Preferred Qualities: Dynamic personality with strong confidence and presence. Polite yet assertive communicator. Adaptability in handling diverse communication situations. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, English, or related field preferred.
