This is a full-time, in-office role focused on client interaction, lead conversion, and communication-based coordination. --- Key Responsibilities Communicate with leads and clients via calls and WhatsApp professionally. Explain educational products and services clearly and convincingly. Maintain call records, daily reports, and follow-up schedules. Coordinate with the sales and support teams for seamless workflow. Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction. Who Can Apply Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred) Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in calling, customer service, telesales, or communication roles. Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates Language: Hindi (required), Basic English preferred Location: Candidates must be based in Lucknow or willing to work from office full-time.
