Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Coach, you will play a crucial role in overseeing end-to-end business operations in the allocated zone. Your responsibilities will include managing budgeting, revenue, center operations, people development, and partner relationships. To excel in this leadership position, you will need to demonstrate strong business acumen, effective people management skills, and the ability to coach and develop center heads and sales teams for sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of centers in the allocated zone to ensure smooth functioning. - Cultivate strong relationships with partners, clubs, schools, and academies. - Maximize the utilization of facilities and coaching staff to enhance efficiency. - Drive participation in various BBFS events such as leagues, tournaments, and trips. - Collaborate with the technical team to uphold coaching quality standards. - Develop and implement strategies for student retention and process compliance. People Development: - Provide training, mentorship, and empowerment to Center Heads and Sales Teams for independent execution. - Conduct structured training sessions to foster continuous learning. - Coordinate with the Technical Team to ensure alignment between operational and coaching excellence. Business Expansion (New Centers): - Identify and evaluate potential new centers for expansion. - Plan and allocate resources for new center launches. - Implement marketing initiatives to drive student enrollment at new centers. - Supervise pre-launch and post-launch activities in accordance with operational standards. Revenue & Budget Management: - Create and manage revenue projections on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Set revenue targets and execute initiatives to achieve them. - Utilize data-driven approaches to track and analyze performance. - Monitor budgets to ensure profitability and positive cash flow. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development and operations, with a focus on financial operations, P&L management, or general business operations. - Previous experience in team leadership, managing a team of at least 6 members. - Preferred experience in customer acquisition/retention or sales. - Strong skills in relationship-building, mentoring, and negotiation. - High energy, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for start-ups, sports, or establishing new businesses is preferred, but not mandatory.,
