Role Description This is an on-site part-time role for a Business Associate located in New Delhi. The Business Associate will be responsible for recruitment of financial advisor, develop them to built the Business, conducting market research, analyzing data and assisting with business development activities. The role involves maintaining customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service, as well as supporting communication within the team and across departments. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge Business acumen and understanding of market dynamics Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Customer Service experience and a customer-centric mindset Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
