As a Business Associate at our business center environment, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative assistance to KPMG US. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Engaging in customer communications and collaborating with internal KPMG teams - Supporting client engagements and conducting reconciliations - Performing client and market research - Processing documents and analyzing data - Creating PowerPoint presentations - Coordinating meetings and training events - Managing travel bookings You will be part of a team that operates in a 24X7 rotational shift pattern to cater to the US region. The shift timings will vary and are subject to change based on business requirements. Your reporting line will be to the Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or Manager, depending on the context.
