What You'll Do:

Product Planning & Strategy

• Develop early-stage design and product briefs for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Define unit mixes, space planning concepts, and project USPs based on customer profiles and market insights

Feasibility & Business Modeling

• Partner with finance and development teams to evaluate NPV, IRR, ROI, and product viability
• Assist land acquisition teams in assessing yield potential and site optimization

Design Coordination

• Collaborate with internal/external architects and consultants to ensure design aligns with business objectives
• Drive design reviews and contribute to planning approvals

Market Intelligence

• Benchmark competing developments, track pricing and absorption, and analyze buyer behavior
• Translate data into actionable design and product recommendations

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with marketing, sales, and project teams to ensure cohesive execution of the product vision
• Present ideas and insights to senior leadership and investment committees
