Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for strategic client development, sales and business growth, operations and project coordination, as well as providing executive assistance to the Business Head. Key Responsibilities: - Research, identify, and create a pipeline of potential clients across sectors such as FMCG, healthcare, D2C, energy, etc. - Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and brand managers. - Understand client pain points and present tailored communication consulting solutions. - Prepare persuasive decks, proposals, and pitch materials for new business opportunities. - Support or lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. - Own business development goals and monthly/quarterly outreach targets. - Track industry trends and competitor activity to identify whitespace opportunities. - Assist in negotiating deals and project scopes with prospective clients. - Maintain a CRM or lead-tracking system for pipeline visibility. - Liaise with creative, media, production, and digital teams for timely project delivery. - Track ongoing campaigns, timelines, deliverables, and client feedback. - Create reports, dashboards, and summaries for business performance and planning. - Help streamline internal workflows and support process improvement initiatives. - Manage calendar, schedule key meetings, and coordinate team/client interactions. - Prepare business reviews, growth plans, and strategy documents. - Attend meetings and capture minutes, actions, and next steps. - Handle sensitive communication, confidential documents, and high-level priorities. Qualification Required: - 2-3 years of experience in business development, client servicing, consulting, or operations in advertising/marketing/branding sectors. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Strong understanding of marketing, creative communication, and digital platforms. - Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, initiative, and problem-solving ability. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (Google Workspace, CRM tools, etc.).
