Job Description

The Business Analytics Analyst role at our organization is a developing professional position where you will apply your specialty area knowledge to monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data. Your responsibilities will include identifying policy gaps, formulating policies, interpreting data, making recommendations, and researching factual information. As a Business Analytics Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying inconsistencies in data, defining business issues, and formulating recommendations on policies, procedures, or practices. You will integrate established disciplinary knowledge within your specialty area with a basic understanding of related industry practices. It is essential to have a good understanding of how your team interacts with others to accomplish the objectives of the area. Your work will have a limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided, and your impact will be restricted to your own team. Key Responsibilities: - Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to examine past business performance - Identify data patterns and trends, and provide insights to enhance business decision-making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment, etc. - Have exposure to AI and Gen AI tools and techniques, with Agentic AI experience being a plus - Recommend actions for future developments, strategic business opportunities, and enhancements to operational policies - Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies - Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities - Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking, and improving decision strategies - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations Qualifications: - 3 to 6 years of relevant experience - Good communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and team members Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Please note that this job description offers a high-level overview of the work performed, and other job-related duties may be assigned as required.
