Key Responsibility: -
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze,and document Salesforce-related business requirements.- Configure and manage Salesforce platform including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, pagelayouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows.- Work with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to design scalable, efficient Salesforcesolutions.- Lead or support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with QA teams for validation anddefect resolution.- Ensure Salesforce system compliance with internal policies and data security standards.- Provide day-to-day Salesforce support and troubleshoot user issues and system bugs.
Job Responsibility: -
- Excellent Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities is a must. CPQknowledge is preferred.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration (Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred).- Interface with all areas of the business from planning & ops/sales leadership.- Own Ad hoc analysis, reporting, and presentation building.- Salesforce Application support experience; ability to handle bug fixes/clean data.- End to End project experience working and communicating with cross-functional teams.
Job Requirement :-
- 4+ years of Experience in Salesforce Domain.- Excellent Communication Skills.- Strong Coordination Skills.

Pay: ₹11,545.35 - ₹62,294.94 per month
