Business Analysts (Experience 2 to 4 years)

You will be the bridge builder who familiarize the teams with the market and customer needs.We are looking for motivated researchers to join a highly passionate team analyzing innovations and disruptions in payment domainsAt Evolvus, a Business Analysts will be involved in,Requirements gathering, data analysis and documentationIdentification of the business problems & provide suitable solutions for existing and new product linesWorking with Banking / Payments technologies and clientsMonitoring project management tools like TAIGA. JIRA exposure is an added plusManaging the Software Development Life CycleDeveloping market ready solutions with close interactions with team and clients.Technical skill profile of a Business Analyst includes,Bachelors in Computer Science or related field. Masters is a plus.Requirement gathering, market analysis and documentationGood hands on functional experience in payment systems and exposure to Mandates, electronic payments processing, clearing and settlement, processes of automated clearing house, NACH / ACH payments etc.Good UML knowledgeProvide inputs to delivery teams on functional areas for executing projectsDeliver clarifications, training and support to the development teams during the planning and design phaseGood understanding of payments application architecture & ability to convert the same to business languageUnderstanding the requirements to analyse gaps and create solutions for implementation

Good Organizing Skills With Multi-tasking Capabilities

Prior experience working in Agile / Scrum is a plus.All positions are based out of Evolvus CoE in BangaloreCandidates should have a valid passport at the time of on-boarding.
