Project Lead - Banking & Payment Domain

As a Project Lead at Evolvus, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding project teams to ensure successful project administration and support. Your responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and successfully completing projects within the specified timelines. Your key responsibilities will include managing and tracking projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs, and leveraging your prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Possessing hands-on knowledge of project implementation will be essential for excelling in this role. The ideal candidate for the position of Project Lead should have a strong technical background with expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and evaluation. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, while a Master's degree would be considered a plus. Experience in JAVA-based projects, change management, configuration management, and documentation will be advantageous. In addition to technical skills, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in project health management techniques, internal and external audit processes, as well as problem-solving, customer management, and communication skills. All positions for Project Leads are based at the Evolvus Center of Excellence (CoE) in Bangalore.
