This role requires a confident communicator, a strong analytical thinker, and someone who excels in structured documentation and requirement clarity.

Location:

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with

  senior stakeholders, leadership teams, and business users

  to understand strategic objectives and detailed functional requirements.
• Conduct requirement-gathering and meetings to extract clear, actionable insights.
• Prepare high-quality

  BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

• Analyse existing processes and propose improvements aligned with business goals.
• Validate requirements with technical teams to ensure accurate understanding and alignment with project scope.
• Support project planning, impact analysis, and risk identification.
• Assist in UAT planning, test case validation, and resolving requirement-related issues during development cycles.
• Ensure documentation standards, traceability, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a strategic partner to the client, helping convert ideas into structured technical and business deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-12 years of proven experience

  as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
• Strong expertise in

  requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

• Ability to work confidently with

  senior stakeholders, project owners, and leadership teams.

• Excellent command over business process mapping, workflow design, and requirement validation.
• Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes, and other functional documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-cultural client environments is a plus.
• Prior experience working onsite in the Middle East is an advantage (not mandatory).

Additional Requirements

• Must be

  Mumbai-based

  and open to long-term onsite deployment in

  Saudi Arabia.

• Ability to

  work independently

  with minimal supervision.
