Business Analyst -US - Senior Consultant - TD

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at EY, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer business requirements and translating them into user stories and business requirement documents. You will act as a liaison between business clients and technical teams, analyzing complex business problems and supporting organizational transformation goals. Your analytical thinking and attention to detail will be essential in defining and driving business solutions to meet transformation goals. Your role will involve stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, and conducting successful workshops to bridge gaps between requirements and product functionalities. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer business requirements and articulate them in the form of user stories and business requirement documents. - Act as a liaison between business clients and technical teams to analyze complex business problems. - Support clients" organizational transformation goals by defining and driving business solutions. - Analyze methodologies and frameworks for project execution. - Lead requirements elicitation sessions and workshops to understand business problems. - Conduct successful workshops, informational interviews, and brainstorming sessions. - Define scope and objectives aligned with overall business strategies. - Engage in pre-sales stages to ensure understanding of business drivers and proposed solutions. - Help execute strategy by understanding the best mix of technologies and platforms. - Prepare various documents such as BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, success criteria, and business cases. - Ensure successful solution platform adoption by working closely with enterprise customers. Qualification Required: - Graduation with MBA preferred. - Business Analyst certification preferred. - Strong knowledge in business case writing, BPM, process design, and reengineering. - Experience in Program and Project Management Life Cycle (Waterfall and Agile Methodologies). - Familiarity with tools such as MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office365 suite, and MS Project. - Experience with SAP, ERP, Integration platforms, SDLC, and financial services. - Flexibility in working hours to accommodate US and multiple APAC time zones if needed.,
