Position:

Position Overview

Business Analyst Intern

Key Responsibilities

Assist in
gathering, analyzing, and documenting
business and system requirements.
Create
process flow diagrams and visual models
using UML and BPMN.
Support requirement tracking and project documentation in
JIRA
and
Confluence
.
Write
basic SQL queries
to validate and analyze data for insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity in requirements.
Participate in
testing, validation, and feedback
during project lifecycles.
Contribute to identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements.
Support in preparing
presentations, reports, and workshops
for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Basic understanding of
requirement gathering
and
business analysis concepts
.
Familiarity with
UML diagrams, BPMN, JIRA, Confluence, and SQL
.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and eager to learn new business tools and processes.
Knowledge of
Agile methodologies
is a plus.
Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related fields
