Job Summary

Business Analyst

Lead the design, development, and delivery of MIS dashboards and analytical reports that enable data-driven decision-making for TruKKers business and finance teams globally.

Key Responsibilities:-

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain

  MIS dashboards and performance reports

  in

  Power BI

  and Excel to track critical business KPIs and financial metrics.
• Translate large, complex datasets into

  clear, actionable insights

  for leadership covering demand, supply, cost, utilization, and profitability.
• Automate recurring business and financial reports (MMR, MFR, board reviews) across all TruKKer geographies.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across multiple systems and reporting layers.
  

Data Querying & Manipulation

• Write and optimize

  SQL queries

  to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple internal databases.
• Use

  advanced Excel tools

  (pivot tables, lookup formulas, macros, Power Query) for ad-hoc analysis and automated report generation.
• Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to define data requirements, ensure smooth data flows, and troubleshoot issues.
  

Business Insights & Strategic Support

• Analyze business trends to identify

  opportunities, anomalies, and risks

  across operations, finance, and sales.
• Support

  forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

  in partnership with Finance.
• Prepare data-backed insights and visual presentations for

  Managing Directors and CXOs

  , simplifying complex information into executive-ready reports.
• Assist in

  strategic initiatives

  such as cost optimization, process improvement, and efficiency tracking.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Partner cross-functionally with

  Finance, Operations, Sales, and HR

  to align KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand evolving business requirements and develop tailored analytical solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations in a concise, outcome-oriented manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  

Continuous Improvement & Automation

• Drive process simplification and automation in reporting workflows using

  Power Query, DAX, or APIs

  .
• Continuously refine visualization and storytelling methods to enhance decision-making speed and quality.
• Ensure timely delivery and reliability of all recurring reports with zero data discrepancies.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in

  Business Analytics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Computer Science

  .

• 36 years

  of experience in

  data analytics, MIS reporting, or business intelligence

  , preferably in logistics, SaaS, or other tech-driven industries.
• Strong proficiency in

  Power BI, SQL, Excel (Advanced), and DAX

  ; working knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting analytical reports to senior leadership.
