Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in HubSpot Operations and Hub implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, understand business requirements, translate them into HubSpot solutions, and ensure seamless implementation across HubSpot Hubs. This role requires analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with HubSpot tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and optimize HubSpot solutions across: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub and CMS Hub (where applicable)
• Configure and manage HubSpot objects, properties, pipelines, workflows, automations, and reports.
• Lead HubSpot Operations Hub implementations, including: data sync and data quality automation, custom workflows and programmable automation, dataset creation and advanced reporting
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, service, and leadership teams to align HubSpot with business processes.
• Support HubSpot CRM customization, integrations with third-party tools, and system enhancements.
• Create process documentation, solution designs, and user guides for implemented workflows.
• Conduct UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth go-live and post-implementation support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by recommending best practices and scalable HubSpot solutions.
• Work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with global teams during AEST hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience, preferably in CRM or SaaS environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, especially Operations Hub.
• Proven experience in implementing multiple HubSpot Hubs end-to-end.
• Good understanding of CRM data models, business workflows, and automation logic.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical HubSpot configurations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability.
• Smart, proactive, and intelligent approach to work with attention to detail.
