About the Role

designing and executing complete HubSpot implementations

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement

    end-to-end HubSpot Service & Sales Hub solutions

    .
  • Setup and customize:
    • Pipelines (Sales & Service)
    • Workflows & automation
    • Custom properties &

      custom objects

    • Ticketing and deal routing
  • Implement integrations with third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, support platforms, apps) using APIs or integration tools like Zapier/Make.
  • Deploy and configure

    HubSpot apps

    as per client needs.
  • Conduct client discovery sessions to map processes and recommend best-practice solutions.
  • Deliver client

    training and documentation

    for successful onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, tech) to align HubSpot implementations with client goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimization post-deployment.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience with

    HubSpot Service Hub

    and

    Sales Hub

    .
  • Proven experience in:
    • HubSpot custom objects and workflows
    • Advanced automation logic
    • CRM data architecture and migration
    • External integrations and app deployment
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot's CRM architecture and use cases.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-facing mindset.
  • HubSpot certifications (Service Software, Sales Software) highly desirable.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working in a HubSpot agency or as part of a HubSpot Solutions Partner team.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), and API documentation.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CMS or Marketing Hub is a bonus.
