Key Responsibilities: Lead Management & Sales Execution Engage with in-house generated leads and convert them through a consultative sales process Proactively generate new leads via outbound efforts (LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, etc.) Conduct vanilla demos of the HubSpot-based product to potential clients Manage and maintain the CRM pipeline; track, nurture, and follow up on all opportunities Customer Engagement & Conversion Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on the US and Australian markets Understand client needs and tailor pitches accordingly Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Sales Strategy & Leadership Take ownership of sales processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement scalable solutions Develop internal structures and SOPs for future business development and team expansion Provide strategic input into pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans Eventually hire, train, and lead a small sales team Required Skills & Qualifications: 37 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in SaaS or CRM tools Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM – experience with HubSpot Sales Hub is a major plus Proven ability to sell into US and Australian markets Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience conducting product demos and managing the full sales funnel Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and lead initiatives Familiarity with sales frameworks and pipeline tools
