1. 14-16 years of relevant experience2. Subject matter expertise on banking domain Trade Finance and Services, Payments, Billing, etc. will be an added advantage3. Hands-on experience on sql writing and data analysis4. Demonstrated leadership skills5. Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication6. Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines7. Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques8. Hands-on knowledge of Jira around creating EPICS, user stories and dashboards9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and facilitate projects to meet deadlines.10.Flexible, learns quickly, adapt to changing roles with the varying priorities of the organization.11.Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, internal and external customers including technical and nontechnical persons.12. Ability to write clear technical and end user documents.
