Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst - Trade Finance Key Responsibilities As a Business Analyst - Trade Finance, you will: Domain Expertise: Apply deep subject matter expertise in banking domain, with a strong focus on Trade Finance and Services , Payments, and Billing (preferred). Requirements Management: Utilize hands-on knowledge of Jira for creating EPICS, user stories, and dashboards to manage project requirements effectively. Data Analysis: Perform hands-on SQL writing and data analysis to support business understanding and solution design. Problem Solving: Employ complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques to address business challenges. Project Facilitation: Manage multiple tasks and facilitate projects to meet deadlines, ensuring timely delivery. Stakeholder Management: Consistently demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner and influence across organizational lines, including technical and non-technical persons. Communication & Documentation: Maintain clear and concise written and verbal communication. Write clear technical and end-user documents. Leadership & Collaboration: Exhibit demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively to maintain positive relationships with colleagues, internal and external customers. Adaptability: Remain flexible, learn quickly, and adapt to changing roles with the varying priorities of the organization. Mandatory Skills & Experience Domain & Technical Proficiency: Relevant Experience: 14-16 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst. Trade Finance Domain: Subject matter expertise on banking domain Trade Finance and Services . Experience with Payments and Billing is an added advantage. SQL & Data Analysis: Hands-on experience with SQL writing and data analysis . Jira Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of Jira around creating EPICS, user stories, and dashboards. Experience & Qualifications: Proven ability in using complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and facilitate projects to meet deadlines. Essential Professional Skills Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills . Communication: Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication . Interpersonal & Influence: Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to partner and influence across organizational lines.
