About the Role:

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with business stakeholders to
gather, analyze, and document requirements
for projects and initiatives.
Translate business needs into
functional and technical specifications
for IT or operational teams.
Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify
improvements and efficiency gains
.
Collaborate with
project managers, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders
to ensure project requirements are understood and implemented.
Assist in the creation of
use cases, user stories, process flows, and data models
.
Support
testing activities
by reviewing test plans, test cases, and validating solutions against business requirements.
Identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues, providing recommendations for mitigation.
Provide ongoing support for
business process changes and system implementations
.
Maintain clear and organized
documentation of requirements, processes, and project artifacts
.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with
agile methodologies
(Scrum, Kanban) and tools like
Jira, Confluence, Trello
.
Knowledge of
SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), or basic programming
is a plus.
Certifications such as
CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst certifications
.
Experience in
industry-specific domains
(finance, healthcare, retail, SaaS, etc.) is an advantage.
