Business Analyst (Techno-Functional)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Utilize 

  data analytics tools

   (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
• Manage and optimize 

  databases, data warehouses, and data governance frameworks

  .
• Work with 

  biotechnology workflows, clinical research data, and laboratory information systems

   to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify business challenges and recommend innovative solutions to enhance process efficiency.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 

  business analysis

   within the 

  biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industry

  .
• Proficiency in 

  data analytics and visualization tools

   (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of 

  database management, data warehousing, and data governance

   principles.
• Familiarity with 

  clinical research, biotechnology workflows, and laboratory information systems (LIS)

  .
• Excellent 

  problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management

   skills.
• Ability to 

  bridge business requirements with technical solutions

   effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with 

  regulatory compliance standards

   (e.g., HIPAA, GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
• Knowledge of 

  machine learning or AI applications

   in life sciences.
• Certification in 

  Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Data Analytics

   is a plus.
