Business Analyst- Support

As a business analyst, you'll play a key role in helping the organization develop its functions, services, and products to meet goals with internal and external stakeholders. You'll communicate between internal departments and external parties, acting as a translator to convey how information technology can support the organization's needs. Responsibilities: - Talk to customers to understand their current processes and gather requirements. - Customize the Visdum product to meet the specific needs of the customers. - Determine the data needed from different departments on the customer's side. - Create timelines for implementing the product and keep customers updated. - Set up the product for customers and create sales compensation plans for different roles in sales according to the customers comp plan structures. Qualifications & Requirements: - Very Strong Mathematics and Analytical Skills. - Very Strong MySQL (perform SQL queries, stored procedures) and Advanced Excel skills (Must Have). - Excellent Communication Skills (Written and verbal). - Worked on Jira. - Knowledge of CRM systems like Hubspot, Salesforce. - Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
