About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects, preferably with Automation Anywhere and/or UiPath exposure. This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, process SMEs, and RPA developers to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful automation delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with business teams to understand and document automation requirements.
Conduct process analysis and feasibility studies to assess automation opportunities.
Create detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) for RPA development teams.
Work closely with RPA developers to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
Assist in UAT planning, execution, and sign-off.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early in the automation lifecycle.
Maintain clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Support post-deployment reviews and process optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in RPA-related projects.
Strong understanding of Automation Anywhere and/or UiPath capabilities.
Proficient in documenting workflows, business rules, and functional specifications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
RPA Business Analyst Certification (Automation Anywhere or UiPath).
Exposure to other intelligent automation technologies (OCR, AI/ML).
Experience in Insurance, banking, finance, or manufacturing domains.
Work Mode
Location: Pune (Work from Office Mandatory).
5-day work week.
