Job Description

5+ years of experience as Business Analyst working with BFSI.
Functional knowledge and exposure to Retail Banking.
Knowledge in Banking preferable Digital Banking.
Knowledge in Customer Onboarding Account Opening, Mobile and Internet Retail Banking, Agency Banking.
Experience in Requirement Gathering, FSD and Other Documentation.
Understanding accounting concepts in banking domain mainly on Retail modules (Onboarding and Retail Servicing of Payments/Loans/Accounts/).
Ability to analyze the functional flow and its adaptation to the application.
Should have solid experience on defect analysis, identifying the gaps, and reviewing the existing regression test suite with respect to product functionality and customer usage.
