we are currently looking for

Business Analyst Reporting & Regulatory (IRDAI Context).

Reporting & Regulatory (IRDAI Context)

Key Responsibilities:Identify all regulatory and management reporting needs across functions.Define data models and mapping logic from transactional systems to reporting layer.Develop templates and validation rules for IRDAI returns (Forms 112, TPA filings, etc.).Coordinate with IT and Data Governance for automation of regulatory reporting.Design dashboards for claims ratios, persistency, provider utilization, etc.Validate accuracy and reconciliation between operational and financial data.Skills & Experience:1015 years in insurance MIS or regulatory reporting.Hands-on experience with data mapping, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and data governance.Strong understanding of IRDAI reporting standards and control mechanisms.Proven track record in requirements gathering and BI system implementation.Proven ability to translate business process logic into system requirements.Skilled in as-is and to-be mapping, gap analysis, and workflow design.Experience working with IT development and QA teams on core insurance systems.Excellent documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Typical Background:Commerce/Statistics/IT background; experience in insurance compliance, data analytics, or regulatory reporting transformation.
