Job Description

Experience: 6 – 8 years (B2)Key responsibilities:

Document end-to-end business processes and systems used within healthcare payer ecosystem
Define Acceptance criteria for critical business processes.
Support QA teams in defining the Test scenarios in developing in regression test suites.
Manage knowledge repository and drive learning programs for new members of the team.Skills/Expertise needed:
Strong understanding of healthcare payer ecosystem such as Members enrolment, Claims, Billing, Clinical, Grievances etc
Strong understanding of US healthcare payer market such as Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial plans etc.
Must have worked in the role of BA/SME for at least 3 years for any major US based Healthcare payers.
Experience of using tools such as Project management tools (such as Jira/AzureDevOps ) and documentation management (Confluence/ADO Wiki/Sharepoint).3 must havesBA - US healthcare: 4/5SME: 4/5Project management/Document Management tools usage: 3/5
