What do you need for this opportunity You must possess the following skills: - SRS, BRDs, FRS, RFP, RFI, UAT Genesys International Corporation Ltd is Looking for: - Required Language proficiency in Kannada Job Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for GIS projects, aligning them with organizational goals. - Analyze spatial and non-spatial data to derive insights and trends, creating visual representations to aid in decision-making and project planning. - Assess current business processes related to GIS workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend solutions for improved efficiency. - Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives and timelines. - Develop comprehensive documentation such as business requirements documents, use cases, and user stories to guide development teams in implementing GIS solutions. - Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test cases, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate that GIS solutions meet business requirements and user expectations. - Provide training and support to end-users on GIS applications and tools to enhance their understanding and effective utilization. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum qualification required: B.Tech / B.E - Experience level: 5-8 Years Required Skills: Technical Skills: - Proficiency in preparing SRS, FRS, and BRD. - Experience in creating project-related documentation like RFPs and RFIs. - Knowledge of UAT processes and facilitation skills. - Ability to evaluate technical aspects of tenders and RFPs. - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for documentation and presentation. Soft Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong interpersonal skills for client interactions. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with project management methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in engaging with clients for demos and presentations. - High attention to detail in documentation and communication. - Understanding of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a plus.
