Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

·      Work with internal stakeholders (clinical ops, nursing, scheduling, management) to map real-world workflows.

·      Maintain and continuously refine the product backlog. Own sprint readiness for all planned features.

end-to-end feature lifecycle

·      Maintain a detailed product backlog (100+ features spanning care delivery, scheduling, alerts, etc.).

·      Validate feasibility with engineering and architecture teams.

·      Ensure compliance with healthcare workflows, data integrity, and audit expectations.

·      Conduct UAT and drive structured feedback loops.

·      Work closely to define UI flows for both mobile and web.

Required Skills and Qualifications

·      Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience.

·      Experience in multilingual healthcare markets.
