Business Analyst Product Owner

The selected individual for this role will be responsible for executing the product vision for the offshore delivery team in Pune. This entails collaborating with international cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements. A key aspect of the role involves utilizing strong business analysis skills during the execution phase of the product. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of agile methodologies and exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Head of Product to refine and execute the product vision and strategy in alignment with goals and objectives. - Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, working closely with development, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product functionality. - Translate product requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for accurate implementation. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and continuously improve product management processes. - Monitor and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement and stay abreast of industry trends. - Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation including roadmaps and user guides. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. - Assist in assessing product performance and identifying growth opportunities. - Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team. Experience and Skills: - 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technology-driven organization. - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with agile teams. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality products within scope and timelines. - Solid business analysis skills, problem-solving abilities, and data-driven decision-making. - Experience with market research and competitive analysis. - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities. - Professional certifications in Agile are highly desirable. - Willingness to travel between Pune and the UK. Education: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
